Elegant Fall Wreath

Sharing is caring!

Fall is the beginning of the winter holiday season, and that calls for an elegant fall wreath. I have been using the same fall wreath for years, and it is not looking so pretty any longer, so I decided to make some new fall decor.

Easy Elegant Fall Wreath

I used luxurious ribbons as my inspiration to create this fall wreath. After I selected my ribbons, I gathered floral picks.

Supplies

Tools

I began by cutting the floral picks apart with wire cutters and placed them in piles on my work surface. Then I started putting the floral choices on either side of the bottom center of the grapevine wreath. I like the rich pop of purple with the dupioni ribbon.

How to make a bow

I wanted to add this video on making this same bow, but I am using different ribbons.

After I was satisfied with the floral placement, I started making the loop bow. You can read how I did it in an earlier post. Three beautiful ribbons cut in 27″ long and folded over 6.5″.

This elegant fall wreath is a mix of deep purple, cream, and green.

This wreath is ready for autumn, and so am I. It would be lovely hung over our mantel or on the front door to greet our fall and Thanksgiving guests.

The above sunflower wreath has a mini embroidery hoop that has FALL in gold on it. I made it with my Cricut Maker, and it took only minutes, and it added something special. I am going to make more to use in other fall decors.

That was so much fun. If you liked this wreath, you would love all my Fall Inspiration Newsletter to join the Fall Newsletter and be inspired to create a lovely fall home. Note: save your bottles, jars, and cans for a later post.

Happy Fall,

Kippi

This wreath is so beautiful, Kippi. Thanks for sharing it at Tuesday Turn About. I'm glad we got to meet in person at Haven, too!
