– 10 oz. Ghirardelli Melting Wafers – dark, milk, and/or white chocolate – 2 pounds Fresh strawberries with stems

– Rinse and thoroughly dry strawberries. – Add water to bottom of double boiler and bring to a simmer. – Add chocolate to top of double boiler but hold back a handful of chocolate.

– Stir the chocolate as it melts to keep it from burning. – Once fully melted, take off heat and stir in the chocolate you held back.
