Ingredients

  • 12 eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Vinegar (apple cider vinegar) or pickle juice
  • 2 tsp Mustard (any style you like)
  • 1 Optional: Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika (garnish)

Instructions

  • Using a sharp paring knife slice eggs in half lengthwise
  • Scoop out yolks and place the yolks in a medium bowl
  • Using a fork smash the egg yolks
  • Add mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard to the yolks and stir with a fork
  • Fill a pastry bag or use a spoon and fill egg whites
