Place the rack inside the Instant Pot.
Add 2 cups of water (water should not cover rack)
Place eggs on the rack in a single layer
Secure lid and plug in your Instant Pot
Select Pressure Cook and add 4 minutes for cooking time
After the 4 minutes of cooking time has ended allow the natural release for 5 minutes then manual release while holding a towel
Remove lid and with tongs remove eggs and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes
Peel and enjoy
Refergridate up to 3 days
