Ingredients

  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  • Place the rack inside the Instant Pot.
  • Add 2 cups of water (water should not cover rack)
  • Place eggs on the rack in a single layer
  • Secure lid and plug in your Instant Pot
  • Select Pressure Cook and add 4 minutes for cooking time
  • After the 4 minutes of cooking time has ended allow the natural release for 5 minutes then manual release while holding a towel
  • Remove lid and with tongs remove eggs and place in an ice bath for 5 minutes
  • Peel and enjoy
  • Refergridate up to 3 days
