- 1 each cabbage (head)
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Remove any outer leaves that are damaged.
Cut the cabbage into quarters.
Remove the core.
Chop each quarter into 1-inch pieces.
Place prepared cabbage in a colander and rinse. Drain.
Next, transfer the drained cabbage to a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage and toss until coated.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place half of the cabbage mixture in the air fryer basket-cook at 400 degrees F for 16 to 18 minutes. Stir several times during cooking.
