- 1 cup Milk (I used skim milk)
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
Add milk, pumpkin puree, spices, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Whisk while heating.
Heat to a boil and then remove from heat.
Add milk mixture to ½ cup of strong hot coffee (I used espresso)
Garnish with whipping cream and add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
