Pumpkin Spice Latte

Warm pumpkin spice coffee drink that is perfect served anytime, but especially during the fall. It is like a pumpkin cappuccino with whipped cream. This delicious creamy spiced pumpkin coffee drink is so easy to make at home. I enjoy all the coffee drinks, but this one is my favorite seasonal flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (I used skim milk)
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Instructions

  • Place a heavy saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add milk, pumpkin puree, spices, vanilla extract, and sugar.
  • Whisk while heating.
  • Heat to a boil and then remove from heat.
  • Add milk mixture to ½ cup of strong hot coffee (I used espresso)
  • Garnish with whipping cream and add a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice
