– Microwave the peanut butter for 10 to 15 seconds. Pour the peanut butter over the bananas and spread with a spatula. Move the sheet pan with the banana mixture to the freezer.
– Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over medium heat. Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to the chocolate and stir.
