Corn Casserole

A classic Southern recipe. It is traditionally served on holidays but is a delicious side dish that can be enjoyed all year.

Ingredients

– ½ cup Melted butter – 1 cup Sour cream – 15 ounces whole kernel corn (drained) – 15 ounces creamed corn – 1 egg – 8 ounces Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Instructions

– Preheat the oven to 350 F.  – In a bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, melted butter, sour cream, a drained can of corn, a can of creamed corn, and one egg.

– Grease an 8×8" baking dish. Pour corn casserole batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes.
