Crockpot Chili

This amazing Crockpot Chili recipe is delicious, hearty, and perfect for chilly weather! It is super easy to make and the perfect crowd pleaser.

Ingredients  – 1 large clove garlic minced – 1 large sweet onion chopped – 1 large green pepper seeded and chopped – 1 large red pepper seeded and chopped – 2 tablespoons olive oil

Ingredients  – 2 pounds lean ground beef – 3 cans 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes – I can 14.5 oz chili beans in mild sauce – 1 can 14.5 oz kidney beans (drained) – 3 to 4 tablespoons chili powder

Ingredients  – 1 tablespoon dried oregano – 2 teaspoons cumin – 1 teaspoon paprika – 1 teaspoon dried basil – Garnish: – Sour cream – Shredded sharp cheddar cheese – Fresh cilantro

Cook green and red pepper for 3 minutes in skillet, then add cook garlic and onions cook until vegetables are tender. Transfer cooked vegetables to the crockpot.

Brown ground beef in the skillet until no longer pink, drain off the grease and add to the crockpot. Open canned tomatoes, and beans then, add to the crockpot.

Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, paprika, dried basil  to the crockpot. Stir everything together. Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours.
