Cobbler Dough

cornstarch

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine blueberries, lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, ½ cup sugar and cinnamon. Mix.
Pour the blueberry mixture into a buttered, 2-quart baking dish.
Cobbler Dough
In a large mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, and 4 tablespoons sugar.
Use a pastry blending to cut the cold butter into to the flour mixture. Combine until the butter pieces are the size of peas.
Next, add the heavy cream to the bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Drop the dough by spoonfuls over the blueberries. Then, sprinkle the remaining tablespoon of sugar over the cobbler.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
