orange juice

shortening or butter
solid blend with a pastry blender into dry ingredients

orange zest
1
egg beaten
1 1/2
cups
cranberries coarsely chopped
1/2
cup
chopped nuts
I use pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together by hand except the cranberries and nuts.
Fold in 1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Grease loaf pan.
Bake 55 minutes.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Next turn it out of the pan.
