Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Add all the ingredients (Bisquick, sausage, milk, and cheese) to a large mixing bowl.
Use a hand mixer, a stand mixer, or your hands to mix until well incorporated.
Use a cookie scoop to measure out the dough.
Shape the scooped-out mixture into balls using your hands.
Place the prepared balls on a parchment paper-lined rimmed sheet pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, and the sausage balls are lightly browned, and the internal temperature is 145 degrees.
Serve warm.
