Ingredients

  • 2 cups Confectioners sugar
  • ½ cup butter (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  • Using a stand mixer bowl cream together sugar, and butter
  • Beat in peanut butter
  • Add in milk and vanilla flavoring
  • Beat until fluffy

Notes

  • The icing recipe makes enough frosting to frost a  9" x 13" cake. I double it for cupcakes, sheet cakes, and layer cakes.
  • Use creamy processed peanut butter for best results. A natural peanut butter that separates will produce a messy and impossible to use result.
  • This peanut butter frosting can be pipped or spread on with a spatula.
