3bananas (mashed)

2 cups All-purpose flour
1cupSugar
½cupVegetable oil

½cupwalnuts (or other tree nuts)
Instructions
Preheat oven 325 degree F.
Prepare the bread pan by cutting a piece of parchment paper to line it with an overhang to help lift the bread out of the pan. I spray the corners with baking spray to ensure they do not stick.
Whisk the eggs and *sour milk in a medium-sized bowl until foamy.
Use a fork to mash bananas.
Next, add the mashed banana, salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, sugar, and oil. Stir to incorporate.
If you want to add nuts and/or raisins, fold them into the batter.
Pour bread batter into the prepared pan and transfer to preheated oven.
Bake for one hour. Test doneness with a toothpick (insert a toothpick in the center if it comes out clean, then the bread is finished baking)
Place hot bread on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before removing the bread from the pan.
Remove the bread by holding the parchment paper overlap and placing the hot loaf on a cooling rack until completely cool.
Notes
*Add one teaspoon of white vinegar to make sour milk and let it sit for 5 minutes.
