Ingredients
7cupsbroccoli florets
1cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
⅔cupdried cranberries
½cupchopped bacon
½cupsalted sunflower seeds
⅓cupchopped red onion
Dressing
1cupmayonnaise
3tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
2tablespoonssugar
Instructions
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces. Rinse and drain throughly. Add the broccoli to a large mixing bowl.
Next, shred cheese or use packaged shredded cheese. Add cheese to the broccoli in the bowl.
Measure and add dried cranberries to the bowl.
Chop cooked bacon then add it to the broccoli mixture.
Measure and add sunflower seeds to the bowl.
Chop red onion and add ⅓ cup chopped onion to the broccoli mixture.
Dressing
Add the dressing ingredients (mayo, vinegar and sugar) to a small mixing bowl. Whisk them together until the dressing is smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture, then toss to evenly coat.
