How to make Broccoli Salad

Beautiful salad but I omitted the bacon ( will get chicken bacon next time as no fat and less salty ) and have replaced vinegar with lemon juice. To make it a full meal I would add plant protein ( black beans, white beans, quinoa ,any of those ) Lovely and tasty salad.
