1½cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
1teaspoonvanilla extract
14ouncessweetened condensed milk
1cupheavy whipping cream
6cupswhole milk

Instructions
Preheat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat or microwave it in a glass bowl until heated. Then add the heated milk to the Crockpot.
Next, add the remaining ingredients to the Crockpot and stir with a whisk.
Place the lid on your Crockpot and switch it on the low setting for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Substitution Options
Can I substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for dark chocolate or milk chocolate chips? You may substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for other flavors of chocolate chips or chopped or grated chocolate bars. However, I do not recommend using white chocolate chips if you want an authentic chocolate flavor.Can I use low-fat or fat-free milk?The high-fat content of the whole milk gives this decadently chocolate beverage its smooth, creamy hot chocolate richness. Therefore, I would not use fat-free, but you substitute use low-fat milk if necessary.
