1canCream of Mushrooms soup
1/2cupmilk
1teaspoonSoy Sauce
3½ouncesFrench-fried onions

Instructions
Grease a 9×9 casserole dish with butter or oil.
Fresh green beans option: If you are using fresh green beans, prepare them by trimming the ends and snapping them in half. Place prepared green beans in a colander, then rinse and drain. Blanch prepared green beans in a pot of boiling water for two minutes. Next, drain the blanched green beans in a colander.Canned green beansoption: You can use either drained regular or French-style canned green beans instead of fresh beans.Frozen green beans option: Frozen green beans need to be thawed before preparing the casserole.
Place the Cream of Mushroom soup in a large mixing bowl.Then stir in milk with a whisk until blended.Stir the soy sauce into the soup mixture.Fold green beans into the soup mixture.Stir in half of the French-fried onions into the mixture.
Transfer the soup mixture to a prepared 1.5-quart casserole dish.Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until hot.
Remove from the oven, stir. Then top with the remaining French-fried onions.
Bake for five more minutes or until the onion topping is golden brown.
