When I think of brunch I think of fresh-squeezed orange juice mimosa brunch. It is the iconic drink of a sunny Florida beach vacation. I think it tastes like liquid sunshine so let's make some.

Ingredients

  • 1 Maraschino cherry
  • 1 Orange
  • 5 oz Champagne
  • 1 tsp Grenadine

Instructions

  • Chill Champagne or Processco, and oranges
  • Once your Champagne and oranges are chilled, squeezed the juice from one orange for each cocktail approx. 2 oz.
  • Carefully place one Maraschino cherry.
  • Next, add the juice from one orange and champagne or Prosecco.
  • Slowly add the Grenadine
