The Best Mimosa Recipe
During my culinary arts training, we studied mixology and what our instructor stressed was making craft cocktails. That was back in the day and yes we made craft cocktails in the ’70s too. He told us our customers would be willing to wait for handmade cocktails with fresh-squeezed juices. I know he was correct Starbucks always has a line for handcrafted drinks.

What is the best champagne for mimosas?
Honestly, any champagne will work, but my favorite is Processco or Brut Champagne.
