Ingredients

Confectioners sugar

butter (room temperature)

milk

smooth peanut butter

Instructions
Using a stand mixer bowl cream together sugar, and butter
Beat in peanut butter
Add in milk and vanilla flavoring
Beat until fluffy
Notes
The icing recipe makes enough frosting to frost a 9" x 13" cake. I double it for cupcakes, sheet cakes, and layer cakes.
Use creamy processed peanut butter for best results. A natural peanut butter that separates will produce a messy and impossible to use result.
This peanut butter frosting can be pipped or spread on with a spatula.
