Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a loaf pan (9 x 5)
In a medium mixer bowl mix together, add pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and milk.
Slowly add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir until combined. Do not over stir.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and place in the oven.
Bake for 55- 60 minutes.
Test doneness with a toothpick.
Allow bread to cool for 15 minutes in the pan then turn out onto a wire rack.
Notes
Freezing: the bread can be stored frozen for up to 3 months. To freeze wait for the bread to fully cool and then wrap it in wax paper and place in a freezer bag. To serve let it thaw in the refrigerator overnight. You can eat it cold or warm it in the microwave or oven.
