Ingredients
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1cup Packed Brown sugar (light)
½cupButter
3Eggs (large)
1 ½cups Peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
2 teaspoonsVanilla extract
2 teaspoonsBaking soda
¼teaspoonSalt
4 ½cupsOats (Old Fashioned)
1cupM&Ms (mini or regular)
1cupChocolate chips (mini or regular)
Extra candies for topping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 F degrees
Add to a large stand mixer bowl sugars and butter and cream them together.
Next, add eggs and beat thoroughly.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt mix well.
Slowly add the oats.
Mix in M&Ms and chocolate chips.
Line a half sheet pan with a Silpat or parchment paper.
Using a cookie scoop, measure out 2 Tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball. Place cookie dough balls on the cookie sheet about 2.5" apart.
Place a few extra candies on the tops of the dough balls.
Bake cookies for 12 - 13 minutes.Remove from the oven and cool on the sheet pan for 5 minutes. Then gently transfer cookies to a wire cooling rack with a spatula.
