If you grew up enjoying Shirley Temples, then you are going to enjoy this delightful Dirty Shirley Temple too. It is the perfect cocktail to serve on a special occasion.
I like to add a slash of orange juice to my Dirty Shirley.
How to Make a Dirty Shirley
It is fun to mix up an alcoholic Shirley Temple since it can be made with various flavorful combinations. Light and fruity is the name of the game here, so have fun combining different flavors. Some of my favorite ones are grenadine syrup, ginger ale, pomegranate juice, lemon-lime soda, orange juice, cherry vodka, cherries, etc.

I like to add a splash of fresh-squeezed orange juice to my cocktail. It’s a Florida thing.
I use a cocktail skewer with oranges slices and maraschino cherry garnish to top off my cocktail.
Cherry vodka can be substituted for regular vodka.
For an extra flavor punch, you can use ginger beer instead of ginger ale.
This recipe makes a light and refreshing cocktail for a crowd. It can be served in a punch bowl garnished with an ice ring. Serve with some fun glasses, tea towels, and a pretty tray.
Inviting friends over for cocktails and a charcuterie board filled with gourmet goodies is easy and fast.
This drink is named after the child star, actress Shirley Temple.
