Ingredients
- Chicken (cooked) You can use cooked (rotisserie) chicken, canned chicken or cook your own.
- Cream Cheese Your cream cheese needs to be soften (allow it to come to room temperature) for this recipe.

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
If you are looking for an easy appetizer recipe this is it!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat a 1.2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
After you shred the chicken you dump it and one-cup of the shredded cheddar cheese along with all remaining ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
Stir until combined. I used my favorite spatula to make this an easy task.
Evenly spread the mixture in your prepared casserole dish.
Then, top with remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Next, transfer to a preheated 350 F oven. Bake until the heated through and bubbling.
Buffalo Chicken Dip Serving Suggestions
You can serve this warm dip with crisp fresh vegetable stick. However, celery sticks are my favorite with this recipe. Other favorites are tortilla chips, and crackers.
