  • Green chilies (can)

How to Make Artichoke Dip

  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
  • Butter an eight-by-eight-inch casserole dish.
  • Drain and chop the artichokes.

  • Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix all the ingredients.

  • Pour the dip mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Serve hot or cold with tortilla chips, pita bread, crackers, etc.

Recipe Options

  • You can add Cream cheese (room temperature)
  • Substitute regular Mayo with reduced-fat Mayonnaise, vegan Mayo, or Greek yogurt.
  • Add a clove of minced garlic

  • Add 6 oz. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess liquid
