Cranberry sauce is traditionally served on Thanksgiving as a side dish; however, it is too good not to serve it all year. It is tangy and sweet, bursting with berries.
Cranberries are only harvested in the fall so I like to grab a few extra bags to freeze so I can make cranberry muffins and cranberry bread all year.
