This decadent moist cake is a favorite at our house. The best part is it only takes a few minutes to whip up this cake. I take this chocolate bundt cake it to potlucks, and church dinners and everyone asks for the recipe.
Nothing Bundt Cakes are so popular I decided to frost our old family bundt cake recipe to look like one (the frosting recipe is in the recipe card). However, this recipe makes the most amazing triple chocolate cupcakes too.

Triple Chocolate Cupcakes
Sometimes I like to make cupcakes with this recipe. This recipe makes 24 cupcakes. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. You can dust the tops with powdered sugar, frost, or fill and frost!
I use a muffin scoop so they are all the same size.

Triple Chocolate Cupcakes
My favorite way to eat them is with my homemade peanut butter frosting and filling. I use a pastry bag and a filler tip and a frosting tip (these is the ones I use).

I always add about 1 tsp. instant coffee powder (helps intensify the chocolate flavor) ~ PLUS about 2 TB DARK unsweetened cocoa powder ~ PLUS a squirt of DARK chocolate syrup to any chocolate or fudge cake (or muffin or brownie) mix. This really takes the "chocolate" over the top!

Great question I should have made that clear. I use any chocolate cake mix. It can be dark chocolate, milk chocolate, devil's food, etc. I hope you have a great week. Hugs, Kippi
