This decadent moist cake is a favorite at our house. The best part is it only takes a few minutes to whip up this cake. I take this chocolate bundt cake it to potlucks, and church dinners and everyone asks for the recipe.
Nothing Bundt Cakes are so popular I decided to frost our old family bundt cake recipe to look like one (the frosting recipe is in the recipe card). However, this recipe makes the most amazing triple chocolate cupcakes too.

To serve this amazing cake for special occasions I like to serve it on a gorgeous cake stand (this is my favorite).
However, this cake is delicious with a simple dusting of powdered sugar too.

Triple Chocolate Cupcakes
Sometimes I like to make cupcakes with this recipe. This recipe makes 24 cupcakes. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. You can dust the tops with powdered sugar, frost, or fill and frost!
I use a muffin scoop so they are all the same size.
My favorite way to eat them is with my homemade peanut butter frosting and filling. I use a pastry bag and a filler tip and a frosting tip (these is the ones I use).

I always add about 1 tsp. instant coffee powder (helps intensify the chocolate flavor) ~ PLUS about 2 TB DARK unsweetened cocoa powder ~ PLUS a squirt of DARK chocolate syrup to any chocolate or fudge cake (or muffin or brownie) mix. This really takes the "chocolate" over the top!

Hello! I am looking forward to trying this recipe. Your ingredients listed state Devils Food cake mix but your picture shows Milk Chocolate cake mix. With one do you use? Thank you!

Great question I should have made that clear. I use any chocolate cake mix. It can be dark chocolate, milk chocolate, devil's food, etc. I hope you have a great week. Hugs, Kippi

Kippi - there is another take on this recipe from my Godmother (1960's). That is to cook chocolate pudding (large size) on stove according to directions. When ready, add one Devils Food cake mix (dry) and mix thoroughly. Top with bag of chocolate chips and chopped pecans. Bake until toothpick comes out clean. The chips/pecans make a wonderful "icing" -- they just semi melt. Totally DELISH! I think she called it Devil's Food Pudding Cake (or something like that)!

I have to try this one. Do you transfer the cooked pudding to a 9 by 11 pan to bake? Bake at 350? Thank you, Kippi
