If you enjoy coconut, then this cookie recipe is going to be your fast favorite. Chewy Coconut cookies are made with simple ingredients in minutes, but the results are an irresistibly chewy toasted coconut cookie.

Another simple cookie recipe is Pretzel Hugs. These can be made using M & M’s ™ in seasonal colors any time of year.

This next cookie recipe is on the top of my holiday cookie recipes. This is my mother’s classic peanut butter blossoms recipe, and we have served these for Christmas every year.
